About Me

My approach is to address the Mind, Body and Spirit of the person because it is all connected. We all have had things we've experienced and things to overcome in this journey we call "life". Becoming a therapist has come full circle for me. I am grateful for the impact that my own counseling experience had on my life and now I want to help others realize that the ability to heal is already within us. I am here to support and empower you on your journey to healing and happiness. I am available : Wed & Fri 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Sat 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
